
Administration Department
The administration Department includes the City Administrator and office personnel in the City Hall. The City Administrator is appointed by the City Board and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the City. The City Administrator's function is to support the City and the Personnel's primary functions are water/sewer billing and collections, zoning, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and benefits administration.
Administrative personnel are available to assist citizens in establishing water/sewer connections, providing information on all City functions and services, and issuing zoning and sign permits.
We strive to make transactions with the City run as smoothly as possible. Please contact City Hall at 704-888-5260 if we can be of assistance. Our office hours are 9am - 5pm - Closed on Wed. at noon. City Hall is located at 161 Ray Kennedy Drive.
