What is the T.A.C. Course?
1) T.A.C. is a new, thrilling sporting event in which every participant enters a high-energy competition to see who can claim that they are the Total Athlete.
2) T.A.C. is a sport-based obstacle course that is designed to offset the harmful effects of early-age sport specialization. This is done by featuring obstacles that promote total athleticism and multi-sport skills.
The three main goals of T.A.C. are:
1.) Provide a competitive event that features a variety of functional and athletic movements
2.) Provide one sporting event that combines the skills found in most traditional American sports
3.) Provide an activity that makes physical fitness and athletic development fun
