Attention those applying for any permit:
Permits may not be granted on the same day of application. This is to ensure that decisions are made after careful consideration of the City of Locust Zoning Ordinance and a complete review of the proposed plan. Smaller projects (signs, small additions, fences, etc.) and business licenses will be addressed within two (2) weeks upon receipt of a complete application while larger projects will vary depending on their complexity.
